All prices are in U.S. Currency. Shipping, handling and insurance are not included.

ORDERING

 

It is very easy to order merchandise from White Water Antiques. Just email us with a description of the item you are interested in and let us know your preferred method of payment and your zip code. Once we have your order we will check to make certain that the merchandise is available and will then email you with shipping charges and payment instructions.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

 

White Water Antiques accepts Visa and Master Card payments through PayPal.  We also accept personal checks, cashiers (bank) checks or money orders.  Your personal check is welcomed but must clear the bank before we ship your purchase. Checks usually clear within seven to ten days of deposit.

 

 

SHIPPING, HANDLING AND INSURANCE CHARGES

 

The buyer pays all shipping, insurance and handling charges. White Water Antiques  will ship World Wide. Shipping will be by Express Mail, Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx depending on the item and the preference of the customer. All items are packaged to meet insurance requirements. Purchases paid for by credit card through PayPal must ship to the PayPal confirmed addressWe will be happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases. Please email for quote on shipping charges.

SALES TAX

Sales tax of 6% will be charged on all purchases in the state of Connecticut

DAMAGE

We take every precaution to pack our merchandise to prevent damage or breakage. If your order does arrive damaged, you must work with the carrier to file the claim. They will normally want to see the entire order (all contents and all original packing material). Do not repack and do not return the damaged items to us unless you are instructed to do so. This will void the insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund.
